Dear Vendors,
The Philomath Frolic & Rodeo committee will be holding our annual rodeos on July 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2008. The rodeo grounds are at 502 South 13th Street. The booth area is between the rodeo arena and the carnival area. You MUST be set up and ready to go by 4 p.m. Friday, for health and fire inspection. There is a "slack" performance (free) on Thursday evening and you may want to sell during it, but it is not required. If you are a food vendor, and decide to open on Thursday, please tell the Health Department that you will be selling food on July 11th.
We will be taking reservations until June 15. All spaces will be 10 feet deep and as long as you need (sold by the foot). There will be a 5-foot walkway between each booth as required by the Philomath Fire Department. If your equipment is 10 feet and "1 inch" you will need to reserve 11 feet. When measuring, please be sure to include anything that protrudes, such as trailer tongue or bumper, etc. The fee schedule on the following page is the ONLY price in effect - no discounts, no under-estimations of feet needed. If you pay for 25 feet, that is all you will get. If upon arrival, you cannot fit into the number of feet you have purchased, you will have to move to the end of the line, so please measure carefully.
If you are a food vendor, you will need to obtain a temporary restaurant license from Benton County. We have included an application form. Please read carefully for requirements. For health questions contact Benton County Health Department, Environmental Health Division, telephone 541-766-6841 (voicemail with MANY options), or PO Box 579, Corvallis, OR 97339-0579, ATTN: Lousia.
Please return your completed Booth Reservation Form to: PO Box 522, Philomath, OR 97370 by June 15, 2008. FULL PAYMENT must be included.
