• Thursday, June 26, 2008 - 6pm: Mandatory Information Meeting. All women trying out must attend this meeting!
• Saturday, July12, 2008: Philomath Frolic & Rodeo Queen Tryouts
• Sunday, July 13, 2008: Announcement of the 2009 Miss Philomath Frolic & Rodeo during rodeo half-time
